Effective October 27, 2026
SiteWalk helps people record field walkthroughs, inspections, findings, photos, videos, and reports. For privacy questions, contact Sitewalk2026@gmail.com.
SiteWalk stores your username, a salted password hash, session information, the verified Google email you connect, and walkthrough records and evidence you submit. Passwords are not stored in readable form. Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage.
If you connect Google, SiteWalk uses Gmail sending permission only to send password-recovery messages. It does not read your Gmail inbox. Drive permission is limited to files SiteWalk creates. If backup is enabled, SiteWalk copies walkthrough records and attached evidence into a SiteWalk Backups folder in the connected Google Drive account.
SiteWalk records are stored on the hosted service. Connected Google Drive copies are stored in your Drive and are subject to Google's terms and settings. You can delete SiteWalk walkthroughs and evidence in Settings. To request account deletion or ask a privacy question, email Sitewalk2026@gmail.com. You can revoke SiteWalk's Google access in your Google Account settings.
SiteWalk does not make your account's walkthroughs public. You control any report copies you download and share. SiteWalk does not sell walkthrough content.
